Basic Steps for Viewing a RetailRoadshow
Roadshow presentations for active IPOs (and certain other public offerings) in the United States are available
for you to view at RetailRoadshow.com. To view a roadshow, visit the RetailRoadshow home page
and search for the presentation you would like to see. To see the list of all available roadshows, select the
View All Roadshows search option. When the list of roadshows is displayed, simply click
on the name of the company whose roadshow you want to watch. The roadshow will then load into your browser
and will guide you through the viewing process.
We strongly recommend running our System Check if you encounter any problems viewing
a RetailRoadshow presentation. The System Check will alert you to any issues
you should address before attempting to view a RetailRoadshow.

Running a System Check
The RetailRoadshow System Check will help you determine if your computer is configured for
viewing RetailRoadshows. Running the System Check is the quickest and most helpful step you
can take if you are having problems viewing a RetailRoadshow. The System Check takes only a
few seconds to run and will give you detailed information on items such as your browser, your
screen resolution, and your Internet bandwidth. Click here to run the System Check.

Navigating within a RetailRoadshow
RetailRoadshow.com uses the Macromedia Flash plugin to display the roadshow presentation.
When you click on a roadshow to view, the RetailRoadshow web site loads the Flash content for
the roadshow you selected into your browser. (NOTE: If you have a lower-speed Internet
connection [e.g. a 56 kbps modem], the loading process can take a minute or two to complete.)
Once the presentation has loaded, you will be able to navigate through the various screens within
the presentation and to control the playback of the roadshow by using the various control buttons embedded
within the roadshow. These control buttons are explained in more detail below.

Understanding the SEC Legend
The first screen you will see after loading a RetailRoadshow is the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission Legend screen. This screen contains important information for potential investors. You
should read the legend carefully and be sure you understand it before continuing. When you are
ready to continue with the roadshow, click the Continue button on this screen.

Loading Options (Lower Bandwidth Viewers Only)
When you load a RetailRoadshow presentation, a bandwidth check is done to determine whether you
are using a high-speed Internet connection or a lower-speed connection. For example, if you
are using a 56 kbps modem, then your connection is considered to be lower-speed. If you are using a DSL or cable
modem, then you have a high-speed connection.
If you are detected as having a lower-speed connection, then you will be given an option to load
some or all of the presentation materials before the roadshow begins to play. The advantage to loading
these materials beforehand is that the roadshow will playback much more smoothly and with minimal
delays during the presentation. If you choose not to load any roadshow materials in advance, then
the roadshow may playback very poorly and you may not be able to receive all of the information contained
in the roadshow.
The three loading options are described below:
- Highest Quality (Recommended) Choose this option to load all roadshow materials
in advance. This will give you the best possible viewing experience, given your Internet
connection speed. This loading option will take longer than the other options.
- High Quality Choose this option to load the main roadshow materials
in advance. This will provide a good viewing experience, but not all RetailRoadshow features will be
available during the presentation. This loading option will take less time than the Highest Quality option.
- Lower Quality Choose this option if you don't want to load roadshow materials in advance.
This will result in a relatively poor viewing experience, since the roadshow slides and other materials
will be loaded "on the fly" during the presentation. Individual slides may take 10 or more seconds to load and display in
some cases. This option is not recommended.
Once you have selected the loading option you prefer, you will see a progress indicator that will
let you know how the advance-loading of roadshow materials is going. When the progress bar reaches 100%,
the main roadshow presentation will begin. Note: You may cancel the advance-loading at any time by
pressing the "Stop Loading and Start Roadshow" button. This will take you immediately into the main roadshow
presentation.

Viewing the Prospectus
During the roadshow, you may click on the large red button labeled Prospectus at any time in order
to view the prospectus. When you click the Prospectus button, a popup window will appear and the prospectus
will begin to load in this window. After a sufficient portion of the prospectus document has been loaded, the
prospectus will become visible in the popup window for you to view. You may scroll through and read the
prospectus online, or you may print or save the prospectus so that you can read it later. When you are finished
with the prospectus, you may close the popup window.
Please note the following with regard to viewing the prospectus:
- In order to view the prospectus, you must have the Adobe Reader installed on your computer. For
information on installing the Adobe Reader, please click here.
- If you have a popup blocker installed in your browser, please disable it before clicking the
Prospectus button. Popup blockers will prevent the popup window from opening, and you will not be
able to view the prospectus. Click here for more information about popup blockers.
- The Adobe Reader has functions that you can use to print or save a copy of the prospectus for
future reference. For help using the Adobe Reader, click

The Video Presentation (High Bandwidth Viewers Only)
If you are using a high-speed Internet connection and the roadshow presentation has a video
component, the video presentation will automatically load once you have agreed to the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission Legend. The video will load and begin playing on the left side of the
roadshow screen, and the roadshow slides will appear on the right side of the screen. The slides
will automatically change at appropriate points during the presentation. You can pause the playback of
the video at any time by pressing the Pause button located directly below the video window. To resume
playback, press the Play Button. If at any time during the
presentation you would like to switch to the audio-only version of the roadshow, press the
"Switch To Audio" button located directly beneath the Play and Pause buttons. (This should only be
necessary if you experience any video buffering or playback problems while watching the video version of
the roadshow.)

The Audio Presentation
If you are using a lower-speed Internet connection (e.g. a 56 Kbps modem),
you will automatically receive the audio-only version of the roadshow presentation. (This will
also be the case for higher-bandwith users when the presentation does not have a video version.)
The audio presentation will load and begin playing, and an image of the presenter or a
company logo will be displayed on the left side of the roadshow screen. The roadshow slides will appear
on the right side of the screen. The slides will automatically change at appropriate points during
the presentation. You can pause the playback of the audio at any time by pressing the Pause button
located directly below the image. To resume playback, press the Play Button.

Switching Between Audio and Video (High Bandwidth Viewers Only)
You can switch freely between the video version of the roadshow and the audio-only version of the
roadshow, and vice versa, if you are using a high-speed Internet connection. To switch between the video and audio
versions, click the "Switch to Audio" or "Switch to Video" button located directly below the Play and Pause
buttons. When you switch between versions, the presentation will pause briefly while the switch occurs and
then will resume playback at the point at which the switch occurred.
 
Note that switching the video to audio is usually not recommended unless you are experiencing playback
problems while watching the video presentation.

Zooming Up the Slides
You can view an enlarged, or "zoomed up", version of each slide during the presentation by clicking
the Zoom button located beneath the lower right corner of the slide. When you click the Zoom button, a popup
window will appear and the enlarged slide will load into this window. If you leave the popup window
open during the roadshow, the zoomed slides will stay in synch with the presentation as it progresses.
Please note the following with regard to zooming the slides:
- In order to utilize the Zoom function, you must either be using a high-speed Internet connection or
you must have chosen the Highest Quality loading option on the Loading Options screen. For more

- If you have a popup blocker installed in your browser, please disable it before clicking the
Zoom button. Popup blockers will prevent the popup window from opening, and you will not be
